RULES AND REGULATIONS
ALL occupants must abide by the following rules and regulations for the safety and mutual enjoyment of the property. An occupant is defined as any owner, his invitee(s), guest(s) or tenant(s).
1. All Life-Threatening Emergencies, DIAL 911. Emergency phone is located near the pool.
2. Common area (i.e., pool, yard, etc.) are for OCCUPANTS only. RENTERS do not have the privilege of inviting guests to use the common areas.
3. Pool hours are 9am - 11pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk! Children under age 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while in the pool area. No diving in the pool at any time. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages permitted in pool area. NO surfboards or floats (except kiddie wings) permitted in the pools. Any incontinent child or adult MUST wear protective swimwear.
4. Motorcycles, trailers, trucks over 1⁄2 ton, motor homes, RVs, and boats or any other watercraft are prohibited (unless SPECIFICALLY approved by the Board of Directors). No electrical hook-ups to any outside vehicle will be allowed.
5. Only ONE car per apartment allowed. PARKING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE VISIBLY DISPLAYED. TOWING STRICTLY ENFORCED.
6. NO GRILLS OR COOKING ON BALCONIES or at any location on the property other than at the permanent charcoal grills that are available at the picnic / pool area.
7. No personal belongings allowed in the hallways, including bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, etc.
8. Balconies shall not be used for drying laundry. The only exception is a line hung below railing height.
9. Only owners are allowed to have pets. All pets must be on a leash or carried when outside the apartment. Pet owners are responsible for any disturbance caused by their pet(s). Pet owners are responsible for removal of their pet's waste.
10. No running, skating, ball-playing, or rollerblading in the hallways.
11. Disturbances caused by occupants will not be tolerated. Guests may be evicted and/or owners may be fined at the Board's discretion.
12. Garbage and trash must be placed in the DUMPSTER provided at the front corner of the parking lot. Do NOT leave garbage in hallways or stairwells. Place garbage in plastic bags before depositing in dumpster.
13. FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE BUILDINGS AND ANYWHERE ON THE GROUNDS.
14. No signs of any kind visible from the exterior will be allowed. This includes "For Rent" and "For Sale" signs or banners.
