15th floor! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Caravelle Resort: PENTHOUSE- 1 bedroom with incredible ocean views! You can’t beat the location, along with the amenities such as kids splash park, indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, and the fabulous 7th floor oceanfront sun deck! On-site gift shop, restaurant and tiki bar.

The space

Bedroom has 2 full beds and a door to block off the living room that has a Murphy bed!! You can enter the bathroom from both the bedroom and the living room so you can have privacy in both rooms, which kinda makes it 2 bedrooms! Great for family’s, couples & groups. This condo is for EVERYONE. Relax in this cozy and peaceful condo with breath taken ocean views! Sun deck on the 7th floor, a lazy River and splash pad for kids. Everything you need in just 1 resort, you never have to leave!

Other things to note

We provide bath/kitchen towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper! There is no washer/dry in unit but there is a laundry mat on site by the pools.

*PESTS & OTHER CRITTERS:

All of our properties are treated monthly for pest control.

On occasion, you may witness a stray bug or insect as a result of the recent treatment.

Please do not be alarmed if you see one.

We can come out to clean it up for you and retreat if there are still live ones.

This place is exactly like photos which I appreciated. It was slightly dirty, but it was okay. We enjoyed the view and the amenities like the pool on the inside since it rained most of the time we were there. We enjoyed the space and view very much! The location was good. Parking was free, but it was very complicated and cramped. Shannon was extremely responsive and apologetic, so I don’t think it was 100% on her about the room, pans, and parking. All in all decent place to stay, and a lovely host.

This place was very nicely located at the water front, lots of restaurants around that are in walking distance. The pool area was very kid friendly, had no issues at all. When I had any questions, Shannon was very quick to respond and be as helpful as possible.

Celebrated my Birthday at Cozy Coop! The location is perfect for great views and easy access to the beach. Shannon’s place is so cute, beachy and comfortable. Shannon is the PERFECT HOSTESS?? I highly recommend the Cozy Coop for fun in the sun at the beach!

The super host Shannon was great, she provided responses quickly. There was a few things that could been better but I discussed that with Shannon and believe she will get it fixed. It is a great room, but luckily my full 6 members didn’t go and it was only 4 girls. Due to that I would suggest maybe 3-4 people staying in this room. Especially if you are heavy packers like my group was. The view was great.

Shannon's place was perfect. Definitely met all my needs. Very very clean. It smelled freshly clean when we walked in. Easy access to the pool and the ocean. Very responsive. Shannon checked in a few times for before arrival on a personal level which made my stay more comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints and would love to have it again in the future. Shannon was an absolute great host! The listing was exactly as described. This place was perfect for our family of 4. She checked in several days before and the days leading up with very clear instructions on what to do upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again! The kids loved being able to walk to the beach and they loved the pool amenities as well. Thank you again!
