To rent the Gail, and age 25+ to book. Deposit required for all pets. Check in 4 pm, checkout 10 am. Firm. Dedicated workspace added. Close to the beach, the Gail has a fenced back yard with room for games, a fire pit, grilling & easy parking.

The space

As you walk into the Gail through the foyer, 900 sq ft maximizes a great layout: 1 bedroom with a queen bed, closet, tv, and two windows are to your right, and the exact same description is to your left. In between is bathroom 1, shower/tub, vanity, bidet, new stackable washer/dryer and window. The next bedroom has a set of twin beds with 2 windows and dresser. Walk through the dining area that seats six which opening to a full kitchen with coffee bar, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, stove/oven, blender and other kitchen necessities. The frig is full sized ; a bag of ice is provided. Walk into the den with bright windows, comfy couch, tv, books, and cards and then bathroom 2 with shower and vanity. Walk out back to the covered porch and enjoy a beverage as you gaze out. You'll find a propane grill, large outdoor picnic table, umbrella, a fire pit, corn hole, and fenced yard.

Guest access

You are welcome to access all areas of the house except the attic and the cleaning closet.

Other things to note

At 4 pm check in, receive your door code or key from host in person. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. You will be heavily fined for exceeding 6. Consistently disruptive people will be warned once and then removed from the property. Pet fee applies: 1 dog, 25 lbs max =$175. If approved, $175 for additional dog. Additional $175 charge for dog > 25 lbs. if approved. Only starter supplies are included: 3 rolls tp per bathroom, 2 flings for washer, 1 new roll paper towels, dishwashing liquid, 2 trash bags, one pkg paper plates, salt&pepper, spray olive oil, 8 coffee pods for Keurig, 2 teabags, sugar(reg.&stevia). Doors are never to be left open; doors and windows must be kept closed during hot months{May-Sept}to protect hvac operation. Stays longer than 10 days will require extra cleaning fee of $80; stays 10 days or > with a dog will require additional fee of $100. Absolutely no drugs permitted, and vaping/ smoking outside only. Dogs allowed on beach May 15-Sept 15 before 9 am and after 5 pm. Leash laws apply here. No visitors allowed. You will be charged for Extra people not on reservation, $150/person. Ring device is on front porch facing street for safety measures. Blink on back porch facing back yard for safety.
