What Shawn Cares About:  Shawn don't like the words used as guest or host he believes his business should lean more towards friends instead of a guest. When you leave the unit you will find that Shawn has become a friend to you forever not just some ole host. He went into the vacation rental business remodeling his vacation units so that you would feel more comfortable like you was at your on relaxing home. He just wasn't happy with a resort, motel, hotel type setting and he wanted to give a homey and clean vacation experience for everyone occupying his units.
